The Bakery’s signature loaf is a versetile, 1½ lbs hearty oblong, everyday loaf, made with approx. 80% Turkey Red heritage wheat* blended with other locally stone milled, organic whole grains, continuously adjusted for the right balance of texture, flavor and nutrition.


​*Many people find heritage wheat more digestible.


Ingredients: Organic heritage Turkey Red wheat flour, organic stone ground wheat flour, water, organic rye, organic spelt, organic buckwheat, organic oats, organic malted barley, unrefined Mediterranean sea salt.
